Elect RANDY CONNOR for CITY COUNCIL DIST. 5
Leadership. Trust. Experience.

Thank you for you interest in my campaign to serve as YOUR Fulshear City Councilman for District 5. Last years’s voter redistricting presented a unique opportunity for me to again run for City Council only this time I will represent the only the neighborhoods of Del Webb (where we reside), Pecan Ridge, Polo Ranch, Historical Downtown Fulshear, and the area east of Downtown to Charger Way.
I want to see this community live up to the promise and expectations of it’s founders, previous leaders, current residents and businesses. We have a unique opportunity to continue to build a vibrant, safe, family friendly Fulshear,Texas. I want to be a part of this legacy for not only District 5, but all of Fulshear.
I respectfully ask for your support and vote.

Why I am Running for Fulshear City Council District 5?
Upon moving into our new residence in Del Webb Fulshear, we experienced significant issues with water pressure, particularly during morning hours. In response, I shared water pressure measurements on social media, contacted City Hall regularly, and participated in interviews with both local and state media regarding the situation. These efforts eventually resulted in noticeable improvements. Additionally, I submitted a petition endorsed by over 1,200 residents, requesting a moratorium on new construction until the water concerns were addressed. This initiative prompted me to run for City Council last year. Although my campaign was not successful, it provided valuable insights and experience.
Currently, the water system has greatly improved; however, our community now faces another critical challenge. The ongoing development of apartments, commercial spaces, and schools—especially in the FM 359 corridor—will impose considerable strain on neighborhood streets, infrastructure, drainage systems, as well as Police and Fire Departments.
I have actively engaged in discussions regarding proposed zoning changes that will affect West Fulshear, including my own neighborhood. My involvement includes presenting before City Council, organizing a Town Hall, and holding in-depth discussions with community members.
This commitment is the primary reason motivating my decision to run again. It is imperative to safeguard residents from zoning changes that could impact property values, safety, and the standard of living expected in Fulshear.
